Lajos graduated in 1995 as a show and revue dancer in Hungary.

He became an international performer in the field of show revue. He has traveled all around the world and performed his own choreographed routines in many famous theaters.

Lajos is now a production manager and choreographer of the Hunk-O-Mania Male Revue show in New York City.

Lajos has a Teacher of Physical Education BA degree and an International Sports Sciences Association certification.

His areas of expertise are: Power Lifting, Body Building, Strength and Flexibility, Nutrition Advisor and Grip and Form Specialist.

As a trainer, Lajos' overall goal is to create a healthier lifestyle for his clients.


Born in Budapest, Hungary, Lajos began weight lifting when he was only 7 years old. 

In 2002, 2004 and 2005, Lajos won National titles as a Natural Bodybuilder in Hungary. Lajos then moved to the US in 2006 to pursue choreography and training.

Following his ultimate goal, he became a Natural Bodybuilder World Champion in 2006 in Miami and then again in 2007 in NYC. In 2008,

Lajos began arm wrestling and won the 2009 Empire State Final Arm Star Award (best right and left hand).
